What counts as a registration?
A completed, billable registration recorded through your organization's VolleyWorks workflow. We'll confirm how your event formats count registrations and how cancellations, refunds, and testing are handled during your demo.
Are player fees included in these prices?
No. Your organization sets the price players pay for a league or tournament. Those event fees are separate from your VolleyWorks plan.
Are payment-processing fees included?
No. Merchant-processing fees are charged through your connected payment account separately from the subscription and registration charges shown here.
Do all plans require a commitment?
Bump, Set, and Hit have a 12-month commitment with monthly billing and an annual registration allowance. By Registration has no monthly base or commitment.
